It appears that Lars Sullivan is still heading for the main roster of WWE. The company is continuing to promote The Freak on social media, though he has yet to show up on Monday Night Raw or SmackDown Live.
Sullivan was heavily promoted as recently as a few weeks ago, but much of that hype has indeed died down. Fans have heard everything regarding Sullivan, including termination, walkout and a panic attack. Specific details pertaining to Sullivan’s current state of mind are unknown but the fact that the company is still talking about him is good news for his WWE future.
Many fans believe that Sullivan is the next great big man of WWE. He took serious strides in NXT, where he dominated against all challengers.
But Lars is not the prototypical big man. Sullivan is very athletic and works a much more balanced style than many powerhouses that came before him. Lars was supposed to join the main roster on either Raw or SmackDown, as both programs were supposed to bid for his services.
However when The McMahon family took control of both brands, any mention of a war to sign Sullivan quickly dissipated.
