Speaking to OL TV, Lyon striker Moussa Dembélé previewed today’s friendly clash vs Celtic.
“My story there was good I think. We won titles, we won matches, we one derbies. I grew as a man and as a footballer, which is the most important thing. All stages are important, but it is true that my time there was the first time that I went to a new dimension and I still thank the club for everything they gave me. Celtic is a very big club, not just in Scotland, but in Europe. I think that they are known as one of the most supported clubs in the world, and they prove it. I still support the club.”
“I still know 90% of the squad, there have been some new arrivals, but 90% of the team is the same as when I was there, I am still in contact with them.”
“We are Lyon, we don’t have any friendly matches, we are going to go onto the pitch to win and impose our style of play quite simply. Despite spending two fantastic years there, I am a Lyon player and will give my all.”
