According to RMC Sport, Lyon manager Peter Bosz admitted during his first press conference after the arrival of new owner John Textor at the club that Lyon could line up with both Alex Lacazette and Moussa Dembélé in a front-two link up, with the option of one playing in a deeper no.10 role to accommodate the other forward.
Bosz said on the potential partnership : “Absolutely, we can play with one or two strikers, or even one of them in the number 10 position.”
The Dutchman also spoke more about the arrival of Lacazette, and also Corentin Tolisso to the club: “After five years they have a lot of experience, I think it’s a good thing for us and for those who love OL. Their level and their experience will help the team, from time to time we have lacked leaders who know their club, football at the highest level. They have played abroad, that’s a plus, and they will pass that on to our team.”
