Former TNA Champion Announces Departure From Impact Wrestling

In the last few weeks we’ve seen more than a dozen names either be released, or ask for their release from Impact Wrestling. That list includes all three long-time referees, Eddie Kingston, Taryn Terrell, Jeff Jarrett, Low-Ki, Reno Scum, Rockstar Spud and more.

We can now confirm that Thomas Latimer (aka Bram) has also been released from the company. The 31-year-old British wrestler is a former TNA King of the Ring Champion, a title that derived from the TNA Legends/Global/Television Championship before being scrapped altogether in 2016. Most recently he was a part of the faction DCC with Eddie Kingston and James Storm.

Prior to signing with Impact, Latimer was briefly a member of the NXT roster and an original member of The Ascension. He was released after being charged with battery of a law enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication, one year after being arrested for driving under the influence. In 2015 he was again arrested and charged with domestic battery and “false imprisonment” after police responded to an incident between Latimer and his girlfriend, although all charges against him were later dropped.
