This week’s episode of Impact Wrestling saw the announced of two blockbuster matches set to take place at the promotion’s biggest annual pay-per-view, Bound for Glory, which this year emanates from the Melrose Ballroom in New York.
After successfully defending the Impact World Championship at every turn this year, putting down opponents like Moose, Eddie Edwards, Rich Swann, and Pentagon Jr., the incomparable Austin Aries will once again put his gold on the line as he takes on Johnny Impact in the Bound for Glory main event.
Additionally, the war between feuding factions of the LAX crime syndicate may finally come to an end, as a six-man Tag Team Warfare has been issued that will see the legendary Konnan return to the ring. The 54-year-old manager will team with Santana and Ortiz to take on the LAX OGz – Eddie “King” Kingston, Homicide and Hernandez.
