Austin Lands Another Movie Role, Cena Denies Steroid Use, ECW's Streak Ends

— In a radio interview to promote his new movie “12 Rounds,” John Cena repeated to Booomer and Carlton of WFAN AM Sports Radio his claim that he’s never done steroids.

— Stone Cold Steve Austin, who recently finished shooting scenes for the movie “Damage”, has signed on for yet another movie role. Moviehole.com reports that Austin will star in “The Stranger,” an action film described as similar to “The Fugitive” and “The Bourne Identity.” The movie will be directed by Rob Lieberman (Dexter) and production is set to begin in late May. Aside from Damage and The Stranger, Austin also recently joined the mega-cast of the Sylvester Stallone film “The Expendables” alongside Mickey Rourke, Jet Li, and Jason Statham.

— ECW’s 25-week streak of being the top rated program on the Sci-Fi Channel has come to an end. The 3/24 edition of “ECW on Sci-Fi” show drew a 1.3 rating with 1.7 million viewers. The series finale of “Battlestar Galactica,” which aired on Friday night, drew a 1.7 rating.
