– Dave Meltzer stated on Wrestling Observer Radio today that there is a story going around that Brian James (aka Road Dogg) has replaced Ryan Ward as the head writer on WWE Smackdown.
– While this is not confirmed, it’s apparent that James is gaining more and more power and is also very tight with Triple H and will continue to gain power as time goes on.
– For what it’s worth, James has not re-located to Connecticut but still lives in Florida and has been a WWE producer for a number of months now.
