As seen on last night’s episode of RAW, General Manager Kurt Angle clarified the specifics of the Men’s and the Women’s Money in the Bank matches scheduled for next month’s PPV. The ladder matches will consist of both RAW and SmackDown Live superstars and each will have eight competitors, presumably four from each brand.
As previously reported, there has been a lot of speculation that WWE will be holding three Money in the Bank Ladder Matches at the PPV next month. They have already announced a joint brand Men’s and Women’s Matches and the latest rumors suggest that a third match, if it happens, would be something totally innovative and different. It was rumored that the third MITB Match will be a Tag Team MITB Ladder Match with teams coming from both brands.
