Cody Rhodes is currently experiencing more success right now than at any other point in his career. He recently produced and competed at the All In independent wrestling event earlier this month, which has already proved to be a major success both financially and critically. Rhodes teased on Twitter today that he would be making a major announcement later on, and although he did not announce a second All In show just as fans have been waiting for, Cody instead revealed that he will be releasing his first ever children’s book. Few details about the new book were provided, but Rhodes mentioned that it will be part of the Elite Team Series, which included a book by The Young Bucks released earlier this year. The book is set to be released in spring of 2019.
I am honored to announce that I’ll be writing my first book! It’s the next in the Elite Team Series! Coming Spring 2019!

Dave Bautista has stated in interviews lately that he is unsure if he will continue to portray Drax the Destroyer in future Guardians of the Galaxy films for Marvel/Disney, which could lead to the possibility of “The Animal” Batista coming back to WWE for a final run in the future. While on the Lock Up podcast on Sky Sports, Batista said that WWE knows that he wants to come back and that they have continued to stay in contact over the years. With the third Guardians of the Galaxy movie being delayed, there does appear to be a spot that would allow Batista to come back for his long-desired match against Triple H at WrestleMania next year, but only time will tell when the former world champion returns to the ring again. “As long as that makes sense, I’d love to go back because I miss it. I miss the audience, the immediate feedback, the adrenaline rush of the physical performance. It’s just something that’s still in me, wrestling.” says Batista.
