Always the mysterious one, Jeff brought two unique elements to his Enigmatic Gamble Workout. Random elements such as having your workout partner stick the pin in random plates on the cable pulldown machine and, using a Dice App to decide the number of reps in each set. Really unique and fun ways to mix-up your workouts and another way to… Brave Change.

– Warm Up: Prone Shoulder As: 3 Sets 12 Reps
– Round One: Narrow Grip Lat Pulldown: 3 Sets To Failure
– Round Two: Single Arm Dumbbell Row: 3 Sets
– Round Three: Straight Arm Cable Pulldown: 3 Sets To Failure
– Round Four: Prone Incline Dumbbell Row: 3 Sets
– Round Five: Pull-Ups: One Set
– Round Six: Crab Walk: 2 Minutes
