After what happened to Kofi Kingston during last Sunday night’s WWE Fastlane PPV, he would recently take to Twitter and he would issue a warning to WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon ahead of tonight’s episode of SmackDown LIVE from Dayton, Ohio.
As previously reported, last Sunday night’s WWE Fastlane would see WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon “screw” Kofi once again after teasing that he would be inserted into The WWE Title Match with WWE Champion “The New” Daniel Bryan & Kevin Owens. Vince ended up putting Kofi in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match with The Bar, which he lost. Mustafa Ali would then end up being added to The WWE Title Match, which saw Bryan retain.
Kofi recently tweeted and said that The WWE Chairman just does not want to see him as The WWE Champion. Kofi then said that he will see Vince at tonight’s SmackDown.
Kofi wrote, “I’m not sure what Vince was trying to accomplish last night, but one thing became very clear: He does not want to see me as WWE Champion. After 11 years, I finally have your attention…and I’m not going away. See you Tuesday @VinceMcMahon”
