More Matches Confirmed for Super Show-Down, Jericho to Debut Move

WWE is set to return to Saudi Arabia next month for another huge event in the nation. It has already been confirmed that WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg will be coming back to the company to square off against The Undertaker in the main event of the show. However, WWE has now confirmed two of the other matches will be taking place during the event as well. These matches appeared on the advertising for the show a while back, but they have now been confirmed by the company. Earlier in the week, it was announced that Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley will take each other on in a singles match at Super Show-Down. These two giants from Monday Night Raw are sure to cause a commotion during their match.

The other match that was just announced by WWE is an Intercontinental Championship defense. After facing each other for a number of weeks, Andrade and Finn Balor will have the chance to settle their differences when the company comes back to Saudi Arabia. What makes this match even more intriguing is that Balor will not only be defending his title, but he will also be competing as “The Demon” once again. This is the first time that “The Demon” has competed in Saudi Arabia, and Balor last took on the character at WrestleMania 35 when he defeated Bobby Lashley to retain the Intercontinental Championship. After Money in the Bank concludes, expect even more matches for Super Show-Down to be confirmed.

Former WWE Superstar Chris Jericho is working for All Elite Wrestling now, and he has got a major first challenger ahead of him. Jericho will be wrestling Kenny Omega in a highly-anticipated rematch during the Double or Nothing event later in the month. It will be difficult for the two of them to top their match from Wrestle Kingdom last year, but Jericho is working on some new techniques right now to help him win. On his Instagram account, Jericho said that he will debut a new signature maneuver, “The Judas Effect” during his match against Omega. The move appears to be a sort of spinning elbow to the opponent’s head. Jericho and Omega will clash when AEW Double or Nothing goes live on May 25th.
