David Coleman Headley, an American terrorist of Pakistani origin, who is serving a 35 year jail sentence in the US for his role in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks is reportedly battling for life after facing an assault earlier this month.
According to TV reports, Headley who was lodged in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago was assaulted by two inmates on July 8 which has left him in a critical condition in an ICU.
