my-wardrobe re-designs product pages

Online fashion retailer my-wardrobe.com is set to launch a re-design of its product pages with model images. The site offering accessible luxury clothing, shoes and accessory brands, will feature in-house models showing each item styled as a complete look from the various angles. Moving away from the traditional mannequin-styled shots, this new feature will bring the styled product to life, helping to show the length, cut and fit of an item.

Launched in April 2006 by Sarah Curran, the site is designed and developed in the UK, and is one of the largest designer online shopping destinations. The e-store has continued to lead the way with innovation and design, introducing the first click-to-buy video stream, with the launch of the award-winning my-tv, in April 2008. my-wardrobe.com offers designer labels for both men and women, including Mulberry, By Malene Birger, D&G Dolce & Gabbana, Polo Ralph Lauren and Vivienne Westwood.

Sarah Curran, Founder and CEO of my-wardrobe.com, comments: “Moving away from the traditional mannequin shots has been a key development for us and the first in a series of new design and technological innovations for the product pages. We hope that the new feature helps to improve and enhance the browsing experience for our customers, showing the style and fit of each item on our in-house models.”
