“College GameDay” is sticking in SEC country for another week as it heads to Baton Rouge, La. for the headliner matchup between No. 5 LSU and No. 7 Florida.
This is the second consecutive week the “GameDay” crew is on hand for the Florida game, after the Gators upended then-No. 7 Auburn 24-13 in The Swamp. It’s also the second time they’ve featured LSU this season, after the Tigers traveled to Austin in Week 2 to take on Texas.
LSU has seemed unstoppable on offense this season, posting 571 yards per game (second nationally) and 54.6 points per game (first). But it will go up against arguably one of the best defenses in the country, one that ranks third with 26 sacks through six games.
