Rennes goalkeeper Benoit Costil has confirmed that talks were held on his behalf this summer with Marseille.
Speaking to BeIN Sports, the French national team squad member had the following to say:
“What I can say, is that there were contacts with Mr Labrune and my agent. But the discussion did not go very far, because Mandanda stayed.”
