L’Équipe report that Auxerre’s majority owner James Zhou is going to take over from Francis Graille as president of the Ligue 2 club, with the former essentially forcing the latter to step down.
Graille is understood to have had tensions with current manager Jean-Marc Furlan, but this individual will nevertheless remain on the club board.
Graille, 66, has been running the club since May 2017. Sporting Director Cédric Daury is also expected to be removed from his position.
