As reported by Foot Mercato, West Ham’s Issa Diop is seeing widespread interest in his services ahead of the summer transfer window.
Lyon have long targeted the 25-year-old former Toulouse captain, with €15m the reported asking price, but, with just one year to run on his contract in London, Monaco have also now expressed an interest in the centre-back. Should Benoît Badiashile (21) leave Stade Louis II, as seems likely this summer, the principality club plan to make a play for Diop as his replacement.
Manchester United are also considering an approach for the player, with interim coach Ralf Rangnick a long-term admirer of Diop’s since his Leipzig days. However, AC Milan and multiple other English sides are also following the player closely ahead of the summer.
