Vince McMahon appeared on tonight’s WWE RAW from Detroit and announced that Shane McMahon will be the new Commissioner of SmackDown. Earlier in the night Vince changed the job title from the COO to the Commissioner. He also relieved Shane of his RAW duties and named Stephanie McMahon as the new RAW Commissioner.
